Solo Guitars is a commitment to the modernization of the classical guitar, preserving its aesthetic canon while incorporating new harmonic bracing systems and amplification technologies to achieve greater projection and stage presence. Its refined and highly ergonomic design makes it a very versatile instrument, suitable for a wide range of styles and repertoires. This pursuit of naturalness and simplicity forms the foundation for the development of other guitars tailored to the sounds of pop, folk, and jazz. Always with the utmost commitment to sustainability through the use of high-quality, 100% FSC-certified woods.
Solo Concert
A guitar designed to meet the demands of professional concert performers. Developed in collaboration with Maestro Jorge Herrera Santander, the Solo Concert features a completely innovative V-bracing system that frees the soundboard from stiffness, allowing for greater vibration and projection. It is also equipped with the K&K Pure Classic pickup, essential for compensating for the lack of volume on stage, especially when playing in an ensemble. It delivers such a natural sound that it’s hard to tell the guitar is amplified. Its design and construction ensure exceptional ergonomics, and its dual-action truss rod allows for always-optimal adjustment.
Solo Folk
Designed for Pop and Folk, these guitars offer excellent response as rhythm instruments and are particularly well-suited for fingerstyle playing. Their classical construction, with the neck joined to the body at the twelfth fret, gives them a very distinctive sound—richer in harmonics and more natural and intimate in tone. Like all Solo guitars, their eco-friendly oil-wax finish provides a unique, highly natural look and feel.
Solo Jazz
From a classical conception, Solo Jazz guitars are also a commitment to innovation. The top and back are arched (not carved), following the curve of the sides, allowing for a thinner soundboard and therefore greater vibration, without losing the characteristic sound of this musical style. I offer both acoustic and amplified models, always respecting the philosophy of floating elements (pickup, pickguard, and tailpiece), which are so iconic in this type of instrument.

SUSTAINABLE HANDCRAFTED GUITARS

After a long career as a Creative Director and designer, I founded Solo Guitars in 2015 to bring together all my passions: product design, marketing, and guitar making. For the first time, all these disciplines came together to create my own brand and product.

With Solo Guitars, beyond embarking on a deeply enriching personal journey that blends technology with craftsmanship, my aim is to follow a path of constant evolution to offer an instrument that is different, honest, and sustainable.
